We’re looking to recruit a strong Sales Manager who can lead a small team of sales professionals, mainly business developers, in achieving targets for growth.

With responsibility for budgets and cost control, the Sales Manager will lead and influence the business performance of the team through strong KPI management. It is vital that this team adopt strong sales techniques to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, account planning etc.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading sales teams to deliver results with large corporates, medium-sized enterprises and public sector organisations.

This is a role that would be ideal for a thorough, process-driven sales professional with an affinity for change management. We need a leader who can manage a team to deliver structured sales activity to achieve results.
