Working for a leading, international, professional services firm we are looking for an HR & Training Manager to deliver a full generalist and training remit to a high performing, consulting client group.

This role has a specific need for a generalist with good training and development experience who has worked in highly change-orientated, professional services environment and who can build relationships and influence up to and including partner level.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong grounding in all aspects of Human Resources, with particular strength in employee relations, recruitment and training & development.

Reporting into the Performance and Resourcing Partner you will be supporting a client group of around 400, half of whom are based in London.

Graduate status is preferred (as is membership of the CIPD) although it is genuinely a demonstrable track record within a similar environment that will be the key to success.
