Our Client is seeking compelling, highly motivated and qualified Client Managers to join our sales force (called the Client Team) for our next exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating leads through professional networking, warm and cold-call techniques
  • Prospecting and building new business in a regional/international territory
  • Expanding current accounts through on-sell and up-selling, expanding relationships and footprint
  • Agility understanding evolving business terrains and effectively articulating the company’s value proposition to prospective and existing clients
  • Leading senior executives through the commercial process through a consultative sales approach; activating projects and programs
  • Executing a sales methodology with an average sales cycle of three (3) months or less
  • Closing deals ranging from a size of £50k to £250k on a consistent basis

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Willingness and ability to conduct professional face-to-face sales meetings with estimated UK-based travel of 50% in an EU-based territory with strong UK focus
  • 3+ years consultative sales experience with success closing new business and growing key accounts
  • Successful experience in sales environments with higher volume transactional achievement
  • Solid understanding of business concepts and dynamics for large national and international corporations
  • Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience
  • Superior time management and organization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a competitive university and demonstrated academic ambition and achievement
  • Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Attention to detail and quality in all tasks and interactions

Successful candidates may possess:

  • Advanced business degree
  • Strong Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Solution based sales experience with an emphasis on service oriented products
  • Exposure selling an “intellectual” service
