Reporting to the Managing Director, you will enrich and protect the business’s reputation as a leading provider of specialist candidates by ensuring your team delivers service excellence, consistently and efficiently. Acting as a coach and mentor to your team, you will motivate them to achieve their potential and feel fulfilment and satisfaction in their roles. You will also maximise new business opportunities as well as developing existing clients.
