We are looking to recruit a strong Resourcing Specialists for an internationally recognised brand based in Central London. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing and working within a team that is refocussing itself to serve the increased business need, the key aim of the role will be the recruitment of largely external talent into the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the talent acquisition strategy and initiatives for the organisation;
- Specifically be aware of the value and increased emphasis on the need for using social media and other online resourcing solutions;
- Managing the recruitment partner relationships;
- Supporting and coaching line managers with their recruitment requirements, ensuring full adherence to policy and legislation
The ideal candidate will thrive in a corporate environment, be an accomplished resourcing professional with strong business partnering experience and a sound knowledge of recruitment practices and procedures. You will be an excellent communicator and presenter and will have the gravitas and personality to deal confidently at all levels of the organisation.
