Our client is an Investor, Developer and Operator of public sector infrastructure construction projects in the UK and Internationally. A new role has been created in this high-profile organisation, they are seeking to appoint a Compensation & Benefits Manager, who will assume responsibility for all aspects of corporate pay and reward Programmes within existing regions and into new markets.
This is a multi-dimensional role demanding a combination of strong technical reward competence structures (processes, policies, job evaluation, grading, HR systems, MI reporting) but also a willingness and capability to contribute to the development of the Reward Strategy in alignment with company and departmental strategic goals.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will work closely with the Group HR Director, particularly on the maintenance of pay governance processes, management of the HR budget and preparation of Remuneration Committee papers.
A background of achievement in a multi-national organisation is highly advantageous and strong commercial understanding and relationship management skills are essential.
