We are looking to appoint a strong resourcing and HRIS specialist to join the Global Resourcing team, based at their headquarters just outside London. This is a key role within the global resourcing function where you will have responsibility for global and organisational talent acquisition frameworks, standards, programmes, policies, systems, technologies, processes, third party supplier relationships, candidate attraction strategy, analytics and reporting. Working closely with the regional resourcing teams globally, you will oversee global recruitment operations, recruitment effectiveness and performance, Taleo Enterprise within Europe and also embed Talent Acquisition programmes and partnerships globally. You will also have responsibility for the Taleo Enterprise system within Europe, driving utilisation of the system across the business.
Ideally, you will have worked for a diverse, international company with a recognised brand. You will be equally comfortable at both a strategic level and an operational level and you constantly strive for excellence and seek new and better ways of working. The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, with strong technical understanding of the theory, principles and practice of talent acquisition and experience in the use of analytics to drive strategic insight and support effective decision making. You will be expert in Taleo and Excel with strong HRIS experience within a resourcing function. You will have strong business and commercial acumen, are naturally creative and a flexible, personable, self-starter with the ability to influence and forge excellent relationships with people at all levels.
