Our client is a Professional Services organisation who provide a broad array of consulting services to the Commercial Property sector. The business is well established and has in excess of 30 Regional Offices across the UK, in order to best serve their clients requirements.
They have a requirement to appoint an HR Operations Manager, on a twelve month fixed term contract, to cover a period of Maternity.
This is a multi-dimensional role with specific responsibility for some of the core HR processes including payroll & pension operations, employment policy design, benefit management to name a few.
This however is not just a “Business As Usual” position, more an opportunity to be involved in the more strategic aspects of HR Operations reviewing Business Process, Workflow Change and will have involvement in the implementation of the a new HR System.
They would ideally like the HR Operations Manager to be based in one of their major Regional hubs in either the North West or Essex.
A background of achievement in an innovative HR Operations environment is required and previous experience of working within an organisation with multiple UK offices would be highly desirable.
