My client is a market leading global business services firm headquartered in the US and operating in over 20 countries. The business has a strong heritage of innovation and leadership and critical to the ongoing success of the organisation is the recruitment, development and engagement of its people. An opportunity has arisen for an Interim Reward Resources Business Partner to be based at their corporate offices in London.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring reward programs and policies across Europe that are competitive and economical whilst supporting the organization’s objectives. Partnering with HR Business Partners, you will address rewards program needs and deliver integrated reward solutions for the European business. Typical areas of responsibility include anticipating and planning for both short-and long-term reward needs and trends; developing and administering compensation and benefits programs; developing associated HR and management communications; and corresponding with other functional COE teams to ensure seamless and integrated process and program delivery. There is also a requirement to support on salary surveys and benchmarking, executive compensation, recognition programmes, relocations and global compensation activity as required.
The ideal candidate will be a competent reward specialist with business partnering experience in an international or European business and an in-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits, including the design and implementation of annual cycles and specific interventions at a senior level.
