Our client is an award winning recruitment firm with an excellent reputation in their specialist market sector, borne out of their passion for building honest relationships and providing exceptional customer service. They are now looking to add to their team of experienced consultants by hiring at least one additional consultant with an outstanding recruitment track record to date. You will be working with some of the most successful consultants in the market and will have access to one of the strongest candidate databases in the UK. You will already be a high achiever but you are also hungry for more. You know that you haven’t yet reached your potential. You want a rewarding career in recruitment, not just a job.
Whilst previous recruitment consultancy experience is essential, refreshingly the sector is not. We are keen to speak to operational consultants who enjoy business development and account management, who thrive in competitive markets and are driven by success.
Excellent client and candidate relationship skills are critical but these can have been developed in any sector as long as the successful candidates are business focused, commercially aware and capable of making an impact in a market that is mature but in need of innovation.
