Our client, a global financial services organisation based in the City, is currently looking to recruit an exceptional Talent & Development Consultant to work as part of a close-knit team and report into the functional head.
The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate a track record of success in terms of all aspects of talent management with in-depth knowledge and experience in areas such as talent segmentation, succession planning and performance management being particularly critical.
There is also a dual emphasis on learning and development requiring expertise in needs analysis, design, delivery & post-implementation review phases.
However, of equal importance is the ability to demonstrate outstanding relationship management and influencing skills, to be someone who is at ease with a multi-functional international client group and, critically, have simultaneously managed diverse projects and programmes.
Previous experience working in financial services is not essential and the role is Ideal for someone who is looking to work in a high-profile function with a client base keen to embrace innovative and profitable interventions.
