They pride themselves on their specialist knowledge of internal audit and IT audit, compliance, risk, legal and information security appointments, working with organisations of all sizes and across most of the key professional disciplines.
They are now looking to add to their team of experienced and highly successful recruiters by hiring an additional consultant with an exceptional recruitment track record. You will be working with some of the most successful consultants in the market and have access to both US and international pools of corporate governance talent. You will have built and developed business and are a high achiever but you are hungry for more. You know that you haven’t yet reached your potential. You want a rewarding career in recruitment, not just a job.
An outstanding career to date as a recruitment consultant is a pre-requisite. We are keen to speak to operational consultants who enjoy business development and account management, who thrive in competitive markets and are driven by success. Experience of the IT and/or audit markets are desirable but not essential.
Excellent client and candidate relationship skills are critical and the successful candidate will be business focused, commercially aware and capable of making an impact in a market that is already established.
